  • Typically, yes it is best to keep landline (or cellular) service for your business. Lobbly does not allow staff members to make outgoing calls to customers or emergency service calls to 911. Maintaining a business phone is also needed to use our Ring Through service.

  • Yes, it is possible to keep your existing phone number. Doing so requires the completion of some transfer paperwork which our support team can help you with.

  • When exceeding your plan's usage a reminder email will be sent and a notication banner will appear on the website letting you know. Upgrading to the next plan tier will immediately apply the new usage limits, but your assistant will continue to answer calls until you exceed your usage limits by 10%.
